About the Conference

The present global scenario shows women and young adult are at a crucial point where they need an understanding world around them for their sustainable growth and development. Women today are definitely seen in the frontline of change and young adult population in 2013 amounts to 74 million. Child abuse, women abuse, peer pressure, issues related to gender, culture and socio economic status are the common factors which is also referred in young adult literature. These are the issues that hinder the management of sustainable development. New approach of management focuses on the scope of the extension of management control in social domain and aims to develop knowledge of methodology and analytical tools and specific decisions for the development of women and young adult.

Starting from the classical school and continuing with the human relations school up to modern conceptions, analysis reveals their major contribution to improve the quantification of human capital in the enterprise. The tools designed to measure the qualitative aspects  support decision making in their social domain. An attitudinal change has to come over if any policy taken by the forums should reach the desired end.
